MoonX is cloud accounting software that brings your stock, orders, invoices and cash-and-bank records into a single flow.
One order, four phases.
As the moon grows, your records follow one another: stock, customer balance and invoice are parts of the same flow, and the same movement is never counted twice.
- An order arrives, a record opens. Turn a quote into an order and an order into an invoice. When an order is approved, your customer balance and stock position are affected. Customer balance and stock position are updated.
- Stock leaves the right warehouse. Variant products, multiple warehouses, sets and multi-packs. Every receipt, issue and transfer is tracked in the stock movement history. The movement is recorded per warehouse and variant.
- The invoice is issued, movements are not counted twice. When an invoice is created from an order, the order movements are lifted and the invoice movements take their place. e-Invoice and e-Archive are sent through your authorised integrator. Stock and customer account are never affected twice.
- Collection closes the invoice. Cash and bank movements are linked to invoices; you see open, partial and closed states at once. The invoice shows as open, partial or closed.

Account security
Two-step verification (authenticator app, SMS or e-mail), trusted-device management and an e-mail alert when someone signs in from a device you do not recognise.
Permissions and traceability
Module- and warehouse-level permissions, user activity logs and encrypted (TLS) connections. Sign-in and sign-up forms are protected against bots by Cloudflare.
KVKK transparency
The privacy notice, service agreement and data processing terms are published openly. Optional matters such as commercial messages require separate consent; the service does not depend on them.
You own your data
The business data your company enters into MoonX belongs to your company; we process it only on your instructions, as a data processor.
